Use the contact form or Healthie booking widget. You are not a patient until intake is complete.
You receive an invite. Forms, ID, and history attach to a new client record — that ID is what every future login uses.
Orders, telehealth or in-person visit, and a written plan live on that same record.
Messages, refills, results, and invoices only appear for the signed-in client. Another patient cannot open your chart.
