This page is the front door. After you click login, Healthie authenticates you and opens only your chart.

Already a client?

Use the same email Healthie invited. You will land on appointments, labs, messages, and billing for your account only.

Default target in site.js: secure.gethealthie.com/go/onyx — change it after Settings → Brand → Client Portal.

Not enrolled yet?

A public login will not create a chart. Request a consult first. Staff then send the Healthie invite that binds email → patient ID.

The gold-and-black dashboard mock is a design reference. Do not host it as the live chart. Live PHI stays inside Healthie (or a white-label / API build on top of Healthie).

Portal questions

Why can’t this website show my labs by itself?

This site is static files. It has no patient database. Healthie stores the record and checks your login before showing data.

Can two patients share one URL and see different charts?

Yes — because they sign into Healthie, not into this HTML file. Same clinic URL, different sessions, different client IDs.

Can we make the Healthie screens look like the mock?

Start with Brand settings (logo, colors, portal slug). Full custom UI requires Healthie white-label and/or API on an Enterprise plan.
